Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 October 2026

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.

1. Nature of the service

TestDriver.pro is a study tool for preparing for driving theory exams. It is an independent service with no link to IMT, I.P., IIFR or any other authority, and it does not replace mandatory training or the official exam.

2. Content and exam rules

The practice tests follow the legislation in force, stated for each programme (for TVDE, Portaria n.º 344/2024/1). Questions and explanations are carefully reviewed but may contain errors or become outdated after changes in the law. If in doubt, the legal text and the information from the competent authority always prevail.

3. Study translations

The official exam is in Portuguese. English translations of questions are generated by AI for study purposes only and may be inaccurate; the Portuguese text is the reference.

4. Certificates

Certificates issued on TestDriver.pro only show that you practised on the platform and have no legal or official value.

5. Pro plan (optional)

All study features (mock exams, practice, mistakes notebook, explanations and the strengths and weaknesses dashboard) are free. Pro is an optional one-off payment that adds detailed analysis, a study plan, a printable report and removes ads for the period shown at purchase, with no automatic renewal. Readiness estimates are statistical and do not guarantee passing. The statutory right of withdrawal for digital content applies under applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

  • You may not copy or extract the question bank by automated means.
  • You may not use the AI instructor abusively or for purposes unrelated to studying.
  • You may not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the site.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of passing the exam. To the extent permitted by law, TestDriver.pro is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the site or from errors in the content.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
