Lei n.º 59/2026, de 25 de agosto — 1.ª alteração ao regime TVDE (Lei n.º 45/2018)

Vehicles under 10 years old (12 if electric), advertising allowed, non-removable sticker, Portuguese language check and new fines. We retired 5 official questions that contradict the new law (PT-TVDE-0161, 0164, 0174, 0176, 0295) and updated the Legislation tab.

Decreto-Lei n.º 114/2026, de 8 de junho — 7.ª alteração ao Regulamento da Habilitação Legal para Conduzir

Lets IMT authorise a translated theory test in every category when the candidate's Portuguese is insufficient (art. 44(2), effective 30 days after publication); widens category B1; creates restriction code 794 for third-country residents; and strengthens psychological assessment. It does not change the number of questions, time or pass mark (arts. 46 and 47): the mock exams remain correct.
